Aziza Ali is one of the pioneers on the restaurant scene in Singapore. In 1978, she started what was then the first Malay upscale restaurant in the city on Emerald Hill. With dedication and perseverance, she managed it for 25 years winning numerous restaurant, culinary and tourism awards.
