Aziza is passionate about her food and has brought the uniqueness of Malay food to another level. She entertains regularly and is always trying to infuse ingredients not often used in Malay cooking.


She enjoys incorporating asian ingredients and spices with western herbs and ingredients in Malay cooking. Her repertoire varies from her speciality Malay food to Asian, Western and Middle Eastern cuisine.


For the last 20 years, she has been invited to set
up banquets of AZIZA’S CUISINE.


Aziza travels widely on private arrangements to cook and set up parties. She always includes music in her  food events.


She was invited as guest celebrity chef for 2 years promoting AZIZA’S CUISINE at the distinguished renowned Fullerton Hotel of Singapore, one of the landmarks of Singapore’s preserved historical buildings located facing the Marina Bay.


Her clients are celebrities, foreign chefs, Tai Tai housewives, willing house husbands and young ladies.


SERVICES also includes:


Group and private lessons on Malay food which includes the whole cooking preparation, presentation process. Tips, superstitions and etiquette are also shared.


Group as well as Private lessons on  how to set up a  café, restaurant and catering business.


She welcomes overseas projects to promote Malay cuisine in style.

 
Aziza was invited to talk about rice at the Art museum during the Heritage month organized by the Singapore Tourism Board in 2007.


Hosted Jamiah 90th anniversary at the Singapore Expo on food segment where the lady Ambassador from China as well as the first Lady of Mexico were her guests chefs.


She has judged cooking competitions for the last 30 years and was recently invited by Mediacorp as guest judge for “The Celebrity Chef” competition.


She was also invited by Taman Warisan to host the rice cooking competition segment and talked about rice during the 2008 Singapore  Food Festival.

 

SPECIAL EVENTS


Aziza specializes in organizing glamourous and creative theme events and her service includes design and creating food according to the theme of the event. She works closely with hotel chefs to produce an exciting menu for the evening.

She conceptualizes, organizes co-ordinates and creates the whole event from :


  1. The Program


  2. Special food and special theme drink for the event


  1. Co-ordinates and organizes music and entertainment, staff performances (transforming staff to appear as performers for the evening)


  2. Choreograph VIP welcome ceremonies and food fun fairs


  3. Co-ordinates and organizes DJs as well as MCs


  4. Design Props for the special theme events


Some clients include: Singapore Poly Clinics, Singapore Tourism Board, The Women’s Travels Club of  Singapore, PPIS Singapore, Swiss Businessmen Association of Singapore, the list goes on. Most are repeat clients.
